This page reflects my abilities and my intentions. As such, you’ll see a lot of writing, with little by way of images or video. At least right now. This is not because I have a problem with visual representation of ideas, (reading is all visual), but because I am not so good at the technology of image creation and reproduction. As my skills improve. watch this site become more rich in multimedia.

For now, I have to make the site rich by providing interesting words to convey worthwhile concepts. In order to write here, I have to keep at it. Intermittent stops to the blog don’t work. So often I write just to be writing. These times I’ll write about myself and whats happening in my life, so that is a solid component of this blog. Other times though I’ll have an idea burst into my space and I have to catch it before it gets away, so I’ll jump up and try to trap it on this board. Sometimes I am marginally successful. That makes up the second component of what is here on this blog. Other times I am really writing messages to people I hope might be reading it.

All of these purposes for writing, as you can see, are my purposes. I write this blog to accomplish things I need to accomplish, but I sincerely hope that by reading it you might find some value in what I am saying.

I have no illusions that what I write here will be valuable to everyone, but I feel confident that someone out there will see what I have written and feel a connection to it, if only briefly. I am sure there are others who look around and see the world that I see. So I guess this site is also a sort of signal flare to those like minded folks. I hope if you have seen it you will stick around, and we can start to build a community.
